Spacious semi-detached house on the edge of the Cotswolds on the outskirts of Stroud. Pretty canal setting with views of the surrounding countryside. Off road parking. The space The house consists of two floors with a wide staircase leading upstairs. The rooms are larger than average, bright and nicely furnished. Downstairs: Entrance hall and cloakroom with WC. Large sitting/dining room with dual aspect windows, wooden floors and ample seating. A dining area provides a table and four chairs and has double patio doors leading to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave and back door to the garden. Upstairs: Landing, spacious family bathroom with bath and hand shower, sink and WC. En suite master bedroom (with shower, sink and WC.)and two single beds. Large second double bedroom with two windows and some chairs. There is a third bedroom, however this will be locked and is unavailable to guests. Outside: There is a small private garden, off road car parking and a green space in front of the house. The canal runs next to the house and provides an everchanging picture of wild live and birds. An enjoyable 30minute walk brings you into Stroud town centre. Other things to note This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children.
