Come stay in Marsh-Mellow! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach, our hidden gem!! After a beach day, stroll back to relax on the balcony overlooking an ever-changing estuary. Watch sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3 adults with a queen size Murphy bed and full sleeper sofa. 43" Smart TV, WiFi, fully-appointed kitchenette, central AC, hair dryer, beach cart & 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Our goal is for you to have an amazing time on the New Hampshire Seacoast! The space This is a studio condo located on the 1st floor of a secured condo building. We're one block from a beautiful beach with dunes and catwalks. A queen size Murphy bed with sleep sofa accommodates 3 guests. Condo equipped with the following: hair dryer, towels, linens, Keurig, dishes, utensils, wine opener and glasses, 2-burner cooktop, toaster oven, refrigerator, 43" Smart TV, vacuum, iron and ironing board, beach cart, small cooler, beach towels and 2 beach chairs. Parking for 1 car, parking permit in condo. Information booklet for guest convenience. Central AC and ceiling fan. Laundry facility 2nd & 3rd floors. Security doors and elevator service. Keep a set of keys on you at all times as it is easy to get locked out of the building. Common entertaining area on first floor with public bathroom {please pick up after yourself}. WiFi may or may not be adequate for streaming. NO SMOKING PROPERTY {no cigarettes, marijuana, vaping} Evidence of smoking will produce a $500 fine. NO PETS ALLOWED. Please contact me via AirBNB messenger with any questions. Guest access The exterior doors are security doors. There is a lockbox just to the left of the main doors, in the alcove, with "102" on the box. It contains a key to the exterior doors (the door right next to the box can be difficult to open--if you have a problem, try the other doors). Once inside the building (and you have returned the exterior key to the lockbox), go down the left hallway to Unit 102. The condo door is keyless entry. You will be sent a welcome email on the morning of your arrival which will contain the codes to the exterior lockbox and condo keyless entry. Other things to note Beach chairs are located under the left (WEST) side stairwell on the first floor. The arms are marked on the underside with "102". Please return them where you found them and make sure all sand is off chairs prior to storing. The beach cart must be stored in the closet in the condo and also please wipe sand off cart prior to storing. There is a hose at the East end of the property to wash feet and chairs off. Bath towels are located on a shelf in the closet. While we do have WiFi service in the building, it is adequate for Email and Internet, but you may not be able to stream depending on how many other people are streaming in the building. Very important to place a parking permit on your dashboard upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
