West Auckland retreat - long stay savings

Lovely newly renovated space. Kitchen is very modern, well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven & hob, large sink & lots of storage. Laundry & washing machine off the kitchen. 2 bedrooms with lots of sun and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower. tv with Freeview and Netflix ect Massey is close to the new northwest mall, Kumeu for wineries and the west coast beaches, along with being a short 15 minute drive to both the north shore and the city centre. A great location! The space Lovely space, newly renovated! We are looking for someone to stay longer term as a preference. Guest access The house is divided into two, but completely private with two separate entrances/areas/driveways. Guests can use the driveway on Waimumu Rd and access full private garden and balcony.
