Our apartment is located at a 7 minutes walk from Canal Saint-Martin and a 3 minutes walk from the Saint-Marthe place, a lovely paved place you'll instantly fall in love with. The 60m2 apartment is a 3-bedroom: - 1 single bed in the youngest's room (80x200cm) - 1 double bed in the elder's room (140x200cm) - 1 double bed in the parents' room (140x200cm) The living room x open kitchen is 30m2, where you will enjoy all facilities to feel in Paris like home (wifi, cable TV, laundry machine, etc) The space Kindly notice we are not professional renters and this apartment is our living apartment. This means it is beautifully decorated with no IKEA at all but this also means some of our stuffs will remain while we're away (thus enjoy the Nespresso machine and pods at your convenience), even if you will of course have enough space and free storage to feel yourself at home ! For the check-in / check-out, our baker will give you our keys. Finally, kindly note our apartment is located in a lively area, which means it can be a bit noisy at night time. Nothing of a drama, but Paris remains a living city after all ! Enjoy your stay ! Guest access The whole apartment is available and is carefully cleaned by a professional housekeeper before and after any stays. Other things to note To keep the cleaning fee as low as possible we kindly ask you to leave the apartment neat, which means please launch the dishwasher and leave the bathroom and WC clean.
