La Casa di Newman in the historic center
Description
Our Todi holiday home is in the historical centre and has been newly renovated with quality furnishings, comfy beds and lots of pillows. The new kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave/grill, toaster, jug, coffee percolator and plenty of plates, pots and pans. There is a good selection of cafes, pizzerias and restaurants within a two minute walk of the front door. The main piazza is about 200 meters away. This is our home away from home and we look forward to sharing this wonderful place. The space We have set the apartment up for us to live in it for a few months of the year and have room for friends to stay with us. It is an old traditional building with thick walls and beautiful ceilings with new furnishings and creature comforts. We look forward to sharing it with others. The home is in the center of Todi within easy walking distance to the theater, pizza del popolo, cafes, pizzeria's and restaurants. We are above a clothing shop and an antique shop and our neighbour is the AB Ovo Art Gallery. The language school is just up the road. Guest access This is a self contained apartment with no shared facilities. Other things to note If you have a car, when you first arrive you can park infront of our front door to unload. There is paid parking (hourly) in front of San Fortunato church, about 40 meters further up Via Augusto Ciuffelli. There is also paid parking (hourly, daily and weekly rates) in the Orvietano parking lot at the bottom of the town where a lift takes you to the top about 140 meters from our home. There is free parking beside Santa Maria della Consolazione, the big church at the bottom of the road up the hill. The walk up the hill is a little steep and is about 800 meters to our home. The bus stop is about 120 meters up Via Augusto Ciuffelli Registration details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
