It has a big terrace (close to 40sq. meters) with a glamorous view of Söğüt bay. It has been furnished recently and has all amenities for a comfortable holiday e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machines, toaster, electrical oven, tv and satellite receiver, etc. The property is on the top floor of a 3-story building and your proprietor lives on the ground floor. There is a private beach area shared only with Carpe Diem Garden flat. Guest access You will have sole use of Carpe Diem top floor including the large terrace in front of it. You will also be able to use our sunbathing area -free of charge- by the seaside only 100meters from the property. There are sunbeds as well as a fridge at this location. Other things to note House keeping facilities as well as laundry service are available. If your stay is longer than a week, there will be housekeeping service twice a week at a time convenient for you.
