"L'Escapade", a cozy 21 m² studio on the 1st and top floor, is located in the courtyard of the Mers les Bains equestrian center & less than a 10 min walk from the beach. 1 firm comfort double bed, 1 small non-convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 people (or 1 adult + 1 child from 4 years old). Small grocery store + ground coffee, teas,... Quiet stay. Possible access to 1 private & secure GARAGE 100 m away: for car, bicycles, motorcycles! Free LINEN NOT PROVIDED but rental possible! No box no WIFI The space The studio offers 2 small kitchen areas, 1 dining & relaxation area and 1 sleeping area with a real hyper-comfort bed. 1 bathroom with sink, corner shower and toilet complete the accommodation. It is equipped like at home with dishes, duvet and pillows, household products, small handheld vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, sewing box, first aid kit,... A mixture of sea, countryside and city in the same place! 4 PARKING SPOTS POSSIBLE by renting the studio: • FREE access to a closed and secure BOX about 100 m from the studio (1 gate + 1 garage door) for car (except large van type, Espace, etc.), bike, motorcycle, surfboard, etc. for the duration of your stay in the studio. Make sure at the time of booking that the box is free for the duration of the stay. REQUEST IT WHEN BOOKING! • On the streets of Mers-les-Bains: - FREE on weekdays from September 16 to June 15. - PAYING holidays and weekends all year round, and every day in summer from June 16 to September 15 (€1.40/h or €20/day). 45 min/day free year-round. • In the courtyard: it is possible to park at the foot of the building but no guarantee of space (7 spaces for 15 apartments). No private space. • Finally, the + of the city: FREE and secure parking thanks to cameras, "La Galiote" rue du 4 septembre (close to the city center and about 20 min walk from the studio). In July and August, a free shuttle runs from the parking lot to the waterfront. Guest access This is an independent home but with common access via a staircase (green door). The studio is on the 1st & top floor. The main entrance (gate) is shared with other accommodations as well as the equestrian center. The managers of the equestrian center close the gate, so the courtyard, every night, but not with a key! Simply lift a latch on top of the gate and remove the rod in the ground to enter and/or exit. Upon arrival, I will show you how to proceed. If you have any difficulty, please don't hesitate to contact me! Other things to note - Everything is cleaned and disinfected between each stay by me. You will be sure to stay in the healthiest apartment possible! I ask guests to respect this work as much as possible and to leave the apartment in good order before leaving: dishes washed, wiped and stored (if you do not have a dish towel there is always paper towels), trash cans thrown away (the containers are on the street: on the sidewalk opposite 20 m for selective sorting and at the bottom of the street after the schools for household waste or on the market square), water points left clean... - There is no internet connection in the apartment, but the network in the city is good (4G, 5G) Registration Details 84 95 55 4 12 000 22
