Shared kitchen and shared bathroom with shower/bathtub and washer/dryer. Elevator is available in the property, bookable laundry room as well. Small, friendly dog in the family. The space A pink bedroom of 9 sqm. Special about the room is the view as our apartment is located on the 13th floor. There is morning sun and of course there is a blind for the window if you need it. The window can be opened for ventilation. In the room, there is a bed that is 120 cm wide, a small desk with a chair, a clothes rack with hangers and a dresser to put your belongings in. Electrical outlets are available. Guest access You who rent have access to your own toilet and sink. If you wish to shower or bathe, you can do so in the large bathroom that is shared with us who live here. You also have access to the hall and kitchen, which are also shared. A laundry room that can be booked is available on the property. A washer/dryer is also available in the apartment. During your stay I live in the apartment and work from home during the day. When I am not at home, I am available on phone and email. Other things to note Our kind and happy dog Ludde, who is 14 years old, is almost always at home. You as a renter should therefore not be allergic or afraid of dogs. He's a mix of dachshund/Yorkie.
