The space The upper level features a spacious open plan living and dining area, complete with a family dining setup for 8 people and you’ll also find a well-appointed kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. The master bedroom on this level is furnished with a luxurious super king size bed. Sliding doors open onto a balcony complete with a barbecue plus seating area, perfect for enjoying alfresco dining. The lower level provides the perfect space for the kids with a lounge room with large screen television and a handy kitchenette. Bedroom two offers a king size bed while bedroom three features 2 sets of single bunk beds. There’s also a double sofa bed for accommodating extra guests. A separate laundry includes a washing machine for your convenience. Additional dining and entertaining options are provided by a lower level fully enclosed (weatherproof blinds) rear verandah with barbecue and outdoor television! This holiday haven features tiled floors throughout and year-round comfort is provided with ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling. Large screen televisions are equipped with Foxtel. The house is stocked with home away from home amenities including an airfryer, 2 Nespresso coffee machines, 2 kettles, 2 dishwashers, and 2 hairdryers. Fully fenced with a rear lawned area, ample off-street parking plus an outdoor shower and a dedicated fish cleaning area. Other things to note This property is self-serviced. You are required to bring your own toiletries and food items. Linen is supplied - but please bring your own beach towels.
