This large pet-friendly resort style property in a quiet court on 2 acres is complete with your own tennis court, outdoor spa, basketball ring, table tennis table, pool table and fire pit for the cooler months, solar heated pool for the summer ones. The 4 br house has 2 bathrooms and 3 living spaces. An open plan kitchen, dining, living area has an indoor fireplace, with games, books and children’s toys. We have Netflix for rainy days, with plenty of sporting equipment ready to go! The space You’ll love the facilities plus it’s close proximity to all the attractions this beautiful region has to offer. Sporting and pool equipment is provided, plus a brand new outdoor spa, and some wood to keep you warm if you’re having a well earned night in after some golf, a day casting, or a trip around the wineries!! Guest access Guests have the place to themselves!! With exclusive use of the pool, tennis court, under cover table tennis table and fire pit areas. Other things to note We have everything you need right here!! Tennis racquets, Cricket and table tennis bats, Basketballs, Croquet set, Dart board, Bocce, Finska,... Your four legged friends are welcome outside, as the property is secure for large dogs. The house does open directly into the pool area with door locks up high for those with young children. We expect you to leave the house as upon arrival and respect our no dogs inside house rule.
