The cottage is a super cute renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. It's minutes from Lake Pepin, area wedding venues and the towns of Stockholm, Maiden Rock and Pepin Wisconsin. The space The two story cottage is on 5 acres surrounded by black walnut and spruce trees. There is a large grassy lawn and a large deck and patio. The main floor offers two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a three season enclosed sun porch looking out across the yard. The second floor is one large open room with a queen bed plus two twin beds. The lower level offers a second full bathroom and laundry. Exterior amenities include a gas grill, fire ring and large deck and patio. There is patio seating for 8 and a large patio table. The local attractions include Maiden Rock Apple Orchard, Liberty Tree Farm, Villa Bellezza and the quaint village of Stockholm. Other things to note Unplug for your stay...the cottage does not have a TV or WiFi. The cottage has central air conditioning.
