Offers spacious room in large house with garden. Breakfast offered for short stays 1 night to 1 week. High-speed Wi-Fi Bram (3200 inhabitants), between Carcassonne and Castelnaudary, a small town in the south of France known for its Circulade, its archaeological museum, its river port on the Canal du Midi and its nautical ski lift... Convenient thanks to its shops, local services, and easy access by train (Toulouse-Narbonne line) and by highway (exit 22). The space The house with its 2 floors, its shaded garden is located in a quiet area, close to the train station. High-speed Wi-Fi access The room is on the 1st floor (next to the bathroom), it has retained its original parquet flooring. It is a spacious, bright room that has shelves, closets, a wardrobe, and a small desk. It is equipped with a large bed (1.60 m/2 m) and a very comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 1). You will have access to the following common areas: bathroom, kitchen, living room, toilet. You will also have at your disposal a space with fridge, microwave, kettle, storage cupboard... and a secure room for your bike... The furniture is simple in our house, a lot of wood that we made from pallets. The house is equipped with a wood stove, electric convectors and a fireplace... A second bedroom is rented occasionally. My son (20 years old, student) and I will be delighted to host you with ease. The space is big enough not to get in each other's way.
