A Beautiful fully air-conditioned private studio penthouse served with all amenities in central Malta. The penthouse has a bathroom with toilet and shower, a kitchenette , gas cooker and microwave ,(including some breakfast, tea, coffe, cereals, croisants, milk, and coffee and tea making facilities), for all your needs, comfortable beds, a small office space, a television and also a leisure area. The space Stylish and spacious, this studio penthouse is perfect for groups, individuals or couples who would like to have a private space with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and pleasurable stay. Free Wi-Fi. Fully air-conditioned. This penthouse has a leisure area perfect to sit down, sip some coffee or down some beer and unwind after a busy day sightseeing Malta! Moreover, it can also serve as a great BBQ area, especially in the summer months! Also, the penthouse is furnished with a Samsung 40inch TV, Stereo, a table-soccer and a dart board to keep you entertained all the time during your stay. The Kitchen is equipped with all your needs; cooker, toaster, kettle, mini oven and a fridge-freezer. The Bathroom is installed with a shower, toilet and sink. There is another toilet outside the penthouse, in the laundry room. Sleeping arrangements- The studio flat is furnished with a very comfortable double bed, a sofa double bed, and a single bed. There are also two sofas at your convenience. Within the studio penthouse, there is also a small study room, equipped with a desk and a computer chair, making it ideal for someone who would like to use or work on his/her laptop. Operational CCTV camera in outside area (Terrace). Guest access Check-in and Check-out times aren't strict as long as there won't be other guests coming or going on that same day. Whenever I am available, I offer airport pick-up. For those of you driving, parking is free in the area and nearby streets The penthouse and the leisure area would all be accessible to you as your private space for the whole stay. No lift is available. Other things to note A toaster and a kettle are also provided. Moreover, there will be some breakfast provided, such as bread and cereal :) Since there is no lift, the Penthouse is not wheelchair accessible. Free parking.
