With watersports, walking trails, and cycling routes quite literally on your doorstep, the great outdoors is yours to explore. The space The pretty clapper board-style exterior and fantastic setting make a brilliant first impression and the decked area providing plenty of space for sitting out and enjoying uninterrupted lake views comes a close second. Furnished to a high standard, Scout on the Water offers a spacious open plan living area with a bespoke fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area with lake views. Wall to ceiling glass windows and patio doors open onto a large private deck with outdoor furniture, gas barbecue and hot tub. There are three en suite double bedrooms - two on the first floor, and one on the second floor - the two first floor bedrooms have 6’ zip and link beds that can be converted into twin beds if required. THE LAYOUT Ground floor: Spacious hallway with stairs to first floor. The hallway has a cupboard containing an additional fridge freezer. Large open plan living space comprising a bespoke fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area with 55” TV and lake views. Wall to ceiling glass windows and patio doors open onto a large private deck with outdoor furniture, gas barbecue and hot tub. There is also a downstairs wc with a utility area off the entrance hall. First floor: Double/twin bedroom with 6’ zip and link bed, 24” TV, lake views and double doors to balcony. En suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Double/twin bedroom with 6’ zip and link bed and en suite shower room. Second floor: Double bedroom with 5’ king bed, 43” TV, lake views and French doors to balcony with table and chairs. Large en suite shower room with twin sinks. Outside: With direct lake frontage, stunning views can be seen from the large south facing sun deck with table and chairs seating six and a gas barbecue. There is a private boat jetty leading from the deck which provides mooring for one or two small boats.
