Respectful and considerate, nonsmoking guest. 1 person only. Brand new queen size bed, linen and furnishings. Ceiling fan, shelves and hanging space in room. Share bathroom with myself (female) Pool and BBQ in complex. Very short walking distance to Woolworths, eating places and buses. Short drive to Mooloolaba Beach and close to motorway to head south or north to explore what the beautiful Sunshine Coast has to offer. Plenty of free and safe on street and off street parking available. The space Brand new queen sized bed, as well as brand new linen and furnishings. Shared bathroom with myself. Unit is on the middle floor in a quiet complex with a pool and bbq area. Towels & Bedding Provided 4 outlet power board (useful for charging phones, cameras and laptops simultaneously). Clothes airer to hang clothes over for airing or drying after washing. Filtered water, blender and NutriBullet for guest use. The unit is small but it is cosy in winter and cool in the summer. Fans in both the lounge room and bedroom. Air con in the living room. You are welcome to watch tv or watch something on Netflix. No one else besides the guest is allowed in my home during their stay. No additional people allowed in my home during a guests stay or the day will be asked to leave.
