The kitchen and living area are connected by a breakfast bar where you can read, work, or simply enjoy some quiet time. Additionally, the terrace is furnished for your enjoyment and features artificial grass that adds a personal touch. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourselves, including a fully furnished covered terrace for you to enjoy. It is located in a quiet area close to the beach, the town center, the sports complex, the hospital, and the research center (PIE).Additionally, if you let us know in advance, you can bring your pet at no extra cost. Bringing more than one pet requires prior approval, and if accepted, an additional fee (€5 per extra animal) may apply. As a general rule, we do not accept unconventional pets (exotic animals, reptiles, etc.); you must inform us, and the host reserves the right of admission. If approved, a charge of €10–€20 per day will apply. Other things to note The apartment is located just a few meters from the beach and the campsite, 900 meters from the hospital, and 750 meters from the UPV marine research center; these locations can be reached via a pedestrian walkway or by crossing through a pine grove—two pleasant areas where you can enjoy the surroundings. There is a free public parking area in front of the apartment for most of the year. Due to municipal regulations, a paid parking system (OTA/TAO) is in effect during the high season (currently from mid-May through October). Outside of this period, parking is free of charge. A *frontón* (pelota court) is located next to the church, and there are several parks with swings nearby.
