The space Being a small apartment, it is functional and totally practical. Where you'll have everything picked up in a very short time. The kitchen and living room are connected by a counter or American bar where you can read, work or just spend a quiet time. In addition, the terrace has the right furniture to enjoy it and an artificial lawn that gives it a personal touch. Other things to note The apartment is located a few meters from the beach and the campsite, 900 meters from the hospital and 750 meters from the UPV Marine Research Center, which you can access from a pedestrian promenade or by crossing a pine forest. Two nice areas where you will enjoy the surroundings. There is a free public parking area in front of the apartment most of the year. Due to municipal regulations, during high season (currently from mid-May through September), the regulated paid parking service (OTA/TAO) is in effect. Outside this time period, parking is open and free of charge. Next to the church is the frontón and several parks with swings nearby.
