Quite cove with occasional deer visiting and birds of all kinds. We have 3 small dogs that live on the property with us. Close to Memphis, TN. Upstairs is secluded from the downstairs view. 2 malls, both outdoor, 1 is a Tanger outlet mall. Target, Walmart and bowling are close. Tons of restaurants . The King bedroom is upstairs and private. Shared restroom only if someone is staying in the other bedroom, otherwise you'll be solo upstairs. 4.3 cu frig is upstairs for your convenience. Kitchen, hearth room, den, laundry room, shared driveway, shared bathroom if other bedroom is occupied. Backyard with a fire pit and grill. Owners live on property so master bedroom/bathroom are off limits. Door code provided upon arrival We are open to conversation but if you rather not that's ok too. Enjoy meeting new people and hear about their travels. Will show them the sleeping quarters and will not be upstairs unless I'm needed. An outdoor outlet mall, outdoor concert hall, movie theaters, bowling ally, base ball fields and tennis courts. Lots of restaurants and fast food. 20 minutes into Memphis. Park in our driveway. Drive to get around. Uber is available. No taxis or trains. Booking can be made for you, not on behalf of someone else. No smoking inside or outside No children under 10 allowed without prior permission due to safety reasons. If you use the kitchen for cooking please clean up after yourselves and wash all dishes and put away. Washer/dryer are available downstairs. Please ask before you use them. Request shoes to be left at the door. Respect other guests’ privacy. Clean up after yourself in your room/after using the bathroom. Don’t leave hair in/on the sink/tub as this is a shared space. The grill is available but ask beforehand. Dogs are friendly but don’t go upstairs. We have 3 inside.. Bring all trash downstairs and place in the kitchen trash or outside trash containers. Do not leave liquids in the trash/pour it out in a sink. Leave used towels in downstairs utility room floor just inside the door or in the laundry basket by the washing machine.
