Cottage is suitable to accommodate 5 persons, consisting of ground and first floors. On the ground floor there is living room (cable TV 32", safe box, phone, WiFi), fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom (toiletries, hair dryer, iron), terrace with yard (garden furniture) and covered parking space. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and additional bathroom. Two bedrooms are with a double bed, while the third room is with a one single bed. The total area of the apartment is 68sqm. The space Holiday resort "Kraljevi konaci" ("King's chambers") a pearl of Serbian mountain tourism, is situated on the hillside near the lake and central Zlatibor plateau. Because of it's beauty and perfection it can be one among the highest ranked complex in the world. The beautiful flowered avenues, arranged places and harmonious lines of the small traditional houses in the pine wood, make an inseparable connection of nature, human knowledge and love, allowing guests a complete experience of staying in a natural setting. Holiday resort "Kraljevi konaci", has over 150 beds in three types of Apartments, Houses, Villas, for accommodation from 3, to 6 persons. Each apartment consists of ground floor and first floor. The ground floor includes a garage, equipped kitchen with pantry, dining room, living room (cable LCDTV, WiFi, safe, phone), toilet and terrace with belonging yard. The first floor consists of two or three bedrooms with or without a bathroom, depending on the type. REST THE ROYAL WAY! Guest access As part of the apartment complex, there is a possibility of boarding in the exclusive restaurants "GRAND Jezero", and Cafe-restaurant "Bajka", wich also, with its ambience a national cusines satisfies the most refined gourmets. (Possibility of favorable board meals). Other things to note - Each apartment has it's own free covered parking place, and a spacious yard with a garden furniture set, - At the entrance of the Holiday resort, there is a security guard service (24/7), and surveillance cameras, - Apartments are cleaned every day, towels are changed on the 3rd day and bed linen on every 7th day, - Free WiFi and Flat Lcd TV in each accommodation unit, - Bathrooms with necessary toiletries, hairdryer and ironing set, - For stays that are less than three nights, prices are increased by 20%. - City or Tourist tax for adults is about 1.1€ per person, per day. For children aged 7 to 15 years - 0.5€ per child, per day. - Insurance is charged 0.1€ per guest, per day (regardless of age). - Guests must comply with the house rules. For damages caused by breaking the rules or rough handling, the hotel has the right to claim the compensation. - Heating service (outside the official heating season) is charged separately for each day of heating in value 10% of the daily renting price of apartment. - Small pets under 15 kg. are allowed on request. If approved, guests will be admitted to the apartments intended for guests with pets, for a daily fee of 10€ per pet. - All apartments are duplex type with stairs from the living room to the bedroom floor (15 flights).
