On about 63 sqm there is a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room and a guest toilet. The main terrace is southwest facing. To the beach it is only about 350 m. From the living area, you can directly access the terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair, among other things. The modern sofa is located in the bright living and dining area. The fireplace provides comfortable warmth, especially in the cooler season. The flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo system are provided for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchenette has, among other things, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic hob with oven, a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. The dining area with dining table and chairs is also located in the living area. In the bedroom on the ground floor there are two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe at your disposal. In the second bedroom, on the 1st floor, you will find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, a workspace for your holiday post and another TV. The guest toilet is also upstairs. A tiled shower room with underfloor heating can be found on the ground floor. A washing machine and hair dryer are provided. For the younger guests, there is a cot in the holiday home. Tiles were chosen as flooring in the living area and in the hallway, in the bedrooms. The house is equipped with shutters and there are fly screens in the bedrooms, as well as living room. An ironing board and iron are provided. Bicycles brought with you can be placed on the bike rack at the house. A wagon (without legal claim) is included. A safe is available. Dogs are allowed in this non-smoking holiday home. For your car, you will find the car parking space in the immediate vicinity of the cottage.
