Our Cozy Millennium House is located in the prime location & most accessible place in Baguio City. Just a short drive to the heart of the City. The Jeepney ride is just in front of the building, which will pass by the City center. The Apartment is at the 4th Floor of a newly constructed 4-Storey building including the Basement. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, affordable and a cozy home away from home. The space It's newly constructed apartment unit and very spacious place. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen & dining area, large living room, terrace and veranda. The living room is properly designed and opens at the terrace to the cool view of the adjacent mountain with greenish pine trees which is suit for those who need relaxation and unwinding. Veranda is always great place to enjoy drinking tea and coffee while viewing the cozy cold place. Guest access 1. They can use the Wifi and watch TV. 2. They will use the common space equipped with TV, table and sofa beds. And there are couches, side tables inside the bedrooms aside from the built-in cabinets and queen beds. 3. Laundry Washing machine with spinner is available at the terrace. 4. Parking space is available in our area and on premises. Other things to note 1. Kitchen & dining area are places for cooking and eating. Cooking and eating inside the bedrooms is strictly prohibited.
