The house is fully equipped kitchen after working up an appetite during outdoor adventures! All the necessary cookware for easy meal prep and gourmet home-style feasts. If indoor dining is not the right mood of the day, a fence for privacy and a shaded patio can cheer up the night with some outdoor BBQ in the backyard. It is an optimal spot to lounge morning, noon, or night in a dry or wet day. Guest access Guests will have a nice private gated property that only shares a yard and shaded outdoor dining spaces with other 2 vacation rental properties. Guests have 1 guaranteed private parking space inside the locked gate but extra spaces available outside of the gate next to the driveway. Other things to note Policies: - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - NOTE: This house is sharing outdoor amenities with other 2 houses on same lot. -NOTE: This is No Smoking Property. Please kindly smoke outside at the parking space. If we detect a smoking odor in the house, you will be charge additional $200 for us to remove the odor for next guests. -NOTE: No exterior shoes inside the house. $200 will be charge If we can spot shoes stain that is hard to take off and a deep cleaning is required. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply **Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
