Other things to note For a pleasant coexistence, please read this: -NO NOISE IS ALLOWED AFTER 10:00 PM. -SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING OUTDOOR AREAS. -The pool and garden are shared. -The pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No food or drinks are allowed. Only open during Summer. -Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM at the latest. -DO NOT THROW ANY TYPE OF PAPER OR TOWEL IN THE TOILET, only organic waste. -There are other guests in the common areas, so please respect cleanliness and noise levels. -The use of the property is exclusive to guests staying in the studio. -Maintenance of the property (pool, lights, etc.) is exclusive to the owners. If there are any problems, please let us know. -It is forbidden to feed the cats or other animals, or to leave food on the property. -Do not throw trash in the street. There are trash bins where you can dispose of it; go out of the house, turn left, and walk for 2 minutes. IMPORTANT: -The reservation must be under the name of the guest staying at the property. We do not accept third-party bookings. -We follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy.
