Ruhepol 3 directly at the Wolfmoos III Nature Reserve

You will stay in a former farmhouse. Here you will stay in a wonderfully bright apartment (about 90 square meters) in which we rent 1 room (1 bed: 140 x 200 cm, balcony), kitchen (balcony), bathroom and living room. There are still two rooms (private), but they are locked because we are not there when you have booked. Your bedroom (balcony) is located on the top floor overlooking nature. The house is situated in a fantastic, very quiet location (dead end). The 1st parking space from the left is yours. TOURIST TAX INCLUDED. The space You will be living in a unique, very quiet location with stunning views directly into the countryside, directly adjacent to the Wolfmoos nature reserve. Kitchen (with balcony) and bathroom are on the 2nd floor, your room (with balcony) one staircase higher in the top floor. The mattress in the bed has a width of 1.40 m x 2.00 m The room heights are slightly lower than usual. WOLFMOOS III Climate neutral NOTE: TOURIST TAX IS INCLUDED €2.80/DAY/PERSON INCLUDING KONUS CARD. 2 people can use public transport for free in Baden-Württemberg. We do not normally provide bed linens and towels. However, there is an "emergency box" that you are welcome to use for a fee of €20 (simply leave it in the apartment). In it you will find everything you would otherwise have to bring. Other things to note There is a key safe at the house. You will find the front door and apartment keys here. Check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am E-bikes can be parked in a garage. For charging and storing in the lockable garage, we charge a fee of 2.50 per day/bike. Electric cars can be charged via a wallbox (per charge €35 (emergency box, charging e-vehicles is not billed through Airbnb). Please simply leave the amount in the apartment upon departure) Also important: Please remember to leave the charging card for e-cars in the apartment when you leave, so that the next guest can recharge if necessary.
