It is a like a traditional Goan house. The space Raikar Guest House is located near the quiet , less populated Bogmalo beach. There are all kinds of amenities and facilities near this place like church, market, bars, sea-food restaurants, etc. Infrastructure wise it is house with 4 independent self contained rooms with a porch where one can sit and relax in the mornings. So, the entire guest house can be let out as complete holiday home with 4 master bedrooms or individual rooms can be hired as bed and breakfast inns. Each room can accommodate 3 people on a bed. There is no AC, however no need for the same is felt as there is cross ventilation in each of the rooms where even the ceiling fan appears redundant. The main USP of this Guest House is the existence of an approximately 300 sq mts. green yard which also can be used during one’s stay here. This space can be utilized for having meals by setting up tables and chairs during non rainy seasons or also can be used for barbecuing (grill is provided), camp fires and hosting parties or ceremonies or functions. One can even relax on a hammock while reading a book or deep in contemplation amongst the trees and greenery of the lawn. Food is not a part of the package but there are enough restaurants just a stones throw away from the place which do room delivery. Guest access The Guest House has 4 self contained rooms with a divided porch outside overlooking the lawn. The entire Guest House can be let out as a Holiday home or individual rooms can also be let out. The lawn is also let out for events and parties.
