Family cabin in Holtardalen

Cabin, built in 2016, in Holtardalen with ski-in/out in both the alpine center and the cross-country ski trail network. Cleaning of the cabin can be done by yourself, or at a cost of NOK 1,800. The space We rent out our cabin a few weeks a year. The cabin is located high up in Holtardalen, with a great view of Raulandsfjell and ski in/out to Rauland ski resort. The cabin is only rented to adult orderly people and families. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside. Towels, bed linen and firewood must be brought. Electricity is included in the price, but when charging an electric car, we must agree on further details. There are very good cross-country skiing opportunities both in Silkedalen, above Holtardalen and down in the valley between Rauland and Vierli. You can strap on your skis outside the door. Guest access The cabin contains: 1st floor: Spacious entrance with heating cables, bathroom, two bedrooms, laundry room with heating cables and living room with open kitchen solution. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and TV and toilet. The kitchen is spacious with all amenities such as oven, fridge (freezer in laundry room), stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are also waffle irons, toasters and other common kitchen utensils in the cabinets. The living room has a corner sofa, dining room with room for 8- max 10 people, TV, wood stove and exit to a spacious and sunny veranda with outdoor furniture, fire pit and amazing views. The bathroom is spacious with heating cables in the floor, shower enclosure. - 150 km of prepared ski slopes in the area. The cross-country ski trail network is known to be one of Norway's largest and most varied trail networks. The trails are located in varied terrain, about 60 kilometers of skating track with one classic track, the rest is prepared with two double classic tracks. Here are about 70 kilometers of alpine trails and 80 kilometers of forest trails. Here you start on flat ground and can choose circular trails that suit the whole family's skill level.
