The building is over 100 years old but was fully renovated in August 2015. The name “SAT” comes from an old Burmese meaning which describes a restful place, the name of the SAT Hostel remains the same since 35 years. This Guest House has 3 floors featuring 21 rooms, most rooms have a city view, and all rooms have clean shared bathrooms. We provide guests with all the comfort they need during their stay in Yangon, our reception desk is open 24 hours for you. Guest access The SAT Hostel is a cozy hostel in Yangon, Myanmar. This guest house is located in a building with a 100 year old teak wood floor, fully renovated in August 2015. We provide our guests with 21 clean and comfortable rooms; every room has an air-conditioning system, towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, complementary water. If you need anything else our staff will be at your service 24/7. Other things to note Breakfast at the SAT Hostel in Yangon Our complimentary breakfast is changing daily for you to experience different types of Burmese delicacies. The breakfast includes: Coffee, tea, juice, fruits Toast, jam and eggs or fried rice or fried noodles or “Nan” bread with beans or sweet “Parathas” or another Burmese type of breakfast.
