Located in the beautiful Sussex village of Balcombe is this wonderful modern cosy Summer House. Set within large gardens of a gated house the private Summer House sits alone in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking fields and woodland. We are ideal for business stays, airport stopovers or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Ideally located in the countryside and only 15 minutes from Gatwick we are also able to offer secure gated parking whilst you are away on your holidays. The space The Summer House is a spacious modern studio with separate kitchen and shower room. Being South/South Westerly facing the space is clean, airy and light, and very quiet. Designed by leading Swedish designer Scandia Hus the Summer House is high specification, super insulated, triple glazed and highly energy efficient, fully conforming to full building regulations. The Summer House is accessed via a meandering well lit path that leads from the main house . The front door opens into the lounge/sleeping area with three seater sofa/chaise, a wardrobe with lots of hanging space and a comfy double bed with additional drawers. There is a 32" TV together with Amazon Firestick (for all regular channels) plus the all important hi speed WIFI. A good size kitchen table with two chairs completes the room. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen area contains everything you'll need for your stay including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. A large separate shower room with toilet and washbasin leads off from the main living area. The Summer House is surrounded by a large decked area where you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. Guest access Access to the Summer House and external decking. Other things to note We have a small Cavachon dog called Poppy, she is very friendly if you happy to see her during your stay!
