NK House, is a nice 60 m2 apartment located on the heights of Bayonne in a very quiet area. (Weekly rental and more available, contact me.) Renovated in a modern style, you can fully enjoy your stay. Aperitifs or meals on the covered terrace, relaxation, games or quiet moments in the garden, it's up to you. Friendly, relaxing and nature-lined setting. You will find all the comforts and amenities you need for a pleasant holiday in the Basque Country. The space It is located 10 min from the city center of Bayonne and 12 min from the first beaches of Anglet. Close to 2 shopping centers, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. Guest access For parking, the apartment has a private parking space (the number will be communicated to you when the keys are handed over). For any other vehicles, there are plenty of visitor spots inside and around the residence. Other things to note Beware of noise after midnight, the residence is very respectful. There is a very good understanding between the whole neighborhood (family, friends) and I would like to keep these relationships. Pets are allowed but in compliance with the rules. (No access to the bedroom or on the sofa, left in the residence, surveillance and respect for common areas) This accommodation is my primary residence, so I will leave some personal belongings in some private closets. A cleaning fee may be applied if the apartment is not returned in excellent condition as it was upon arrival. Please let us know if anything goes wrong after check-in.
