Located in a very center of Paris - at Royal Palace (where Emily in Paris was filmed) , 3 minutes walk from Louvre, 5 minutes walk from Opera Garnier, 18 minutes walk from Orsay Museum, 30 minutes walk from Notre Dame, this 25 square meters studio has a nice balcony. The immediate neighborhood is nice with a French bakery and number of coffee shops close by. The 25m2 studio can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 5th floor accessible by lift. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:  • A living space composed as follows: a double bed, projector with chromecast , armchair, old decorative fireplace, storage space, dining area with dining table. • A very well-equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils. • A functional bathroom: shower , sink, mirror and toilet. • A fan. Other things to note Please note that this is not a commercial property but my primary residence, which I rent out when I'm away, as originally envisioned by Airbnb. This means you'll enjoy an authentic Parisian experience, living like a local! While I strive to provide a 5-star hotel-like experience, please note that this is a lived-in space. You may find personal belongings or items in storage areas. However, I've provided additional closet space for your convenience. We wanted to inform you that our building is a historic property, and as such, the elevator’s functionality can occasionally be unpredictable. While we do our best to maintain it in working condition, there may be times when it is temporarily out of service. If the elevator is a necessity for your stay, we kindly ask that you confirm its status with us prior to your arrival. We will be more than happy to provide the latest update and assist with any special arrangements you may need. Please be aware that the balcony arrangements and plants may vary seasonally and might not always reflect the photos on Airbnb, though we strive to keep the space updated and inviting year-round. While the fireplace is functional, it is mainly used for ambiance with candles. Wood use is subject to seasonal inspection and approval, so it may not always be available for traditional use. Early departures and arrivals may be possible on a case-by-case basis. While considered extra services, they may occasionally be offered as a gesture of hospitality. Please before that for march bookings 2 separate beds arrangement might not be possible. We apologise for that !
