Exceedingly spacious ensuite room & king size bed in large period house 15 minute walk to city centre. Overlooks Victoria Park in a posh leafy neighborhood. Free parking on premises. Large secluded garden with terrace, pergola & hot tub. Botanical gardens & huge Victoria Park just opposite. Breakfast (included in the price is organic & vegan with wholemeal bread & Jam/spreads &/or breakfast cereals with soya, oat or almond milk. I can supply evening meal at £10 check vegania.org.uk for recipes The space This is a very spacious comfortable bedroom, 5m by 7m (16ft by 22ft) with underfloor heating, ensuite bathroom with large 2 person shower & 3/4 size bath. Sofa & coffee table in room, desk with convenient power for laptop & phone charging, simply loads of space! There's a Panasonic HD LCD Smart TV, Comfortable king size double bed with top quality pocket sprung matress. All lighting is dimmable and subtle. Plenty of drawers. Clothes rail. Hair dryer, tea/coffee making kit in the room with filtered water and a Breville instant water boiler plus herbal, green and black teas. There is a full size under counter size fridge in the room for your own milk or food (I provide soya milk on request). Plus organic wholemeal bread (natural rise or yeasted depending on the day) and a range of good quality spreads and cereals (with soya, oat or almond milk) is available for a serve yourself breakfast. Please note the kitchen is not available for personal cooking. The room has its own key and the door can be locked from both sides. Substantial tasty home cooked veggie/vegan evening meal available if required @ £10.00 per head. Guest access The garden and terrace areas, selected facilities in room suitable for reheating food or making breakfast/ toast etc (but not full scale cooking), large 8 person hot tub. Your host will open this and show You how to use it - it is available as a package only - with a bottle of chilled bubbly (Cava), and unbreakable glasses for £23.00 - or on it's own £8 per use. The hot tub isn't available before 5pm and is by arrangement only. During your stay Casual - I'm there most of the time- available to chat/inform if and when required. If information or interaction not required i will not disturb you - interaction entirely at your discretion. Have breakfast at whatever time suits you. place dishes outside your room and I take care of them. Please note, this is a vegan household, so I only supply vegan products - which means there's only plant based products supplied for breakfast: margarine, plant based milks etc. Super fast 100-500 meg/sec depending on users FTP broadband available. There's a hot tub in the garden that's available to use by arrangement (it's always hot and ready to use). Under CAA rules I can take you for a 30 to 35 minute flight over Bath and its outskirts in my 2 seat gyroplane (see picture) for a share of the running costs - currently this works out around £70.00 Free parking is available in the driveway. Washing machine and dryer available to use in dedicated laundry with ironing board & steam iron. Please note all linen and towels will be freshly cleaned but I do not iron them - so they may have a few creases in them! At the end of your stay, please DON'T strip the bed. it actually makes it more difficult for our laundry system - but thanks fir thinking of it.....
