This is a non smoking residence, inside and out, non negotiable. This includes but is not limited to nicotine cigarettes, cigars, pipes and all electronic smoking devices. There will be a $300 fee assessed for violators. Please do not request to rent this property if you do not intend to comply with this restriction.
