The child-friendly rear garden is fully fenced and adjoins a bushland nature reserve that is great for playing touch footy or cricket. There is an outdoor shower in the back garden for rinsing off the sand after fun at the beach. The internal laundry has a modern washing machine and there is an external clothes-line, plus an indoor drying rack. Guest access Guests will have full use of the entire villa, both internal and external areas. A bushland nature reserve is literally over the back fence and is a great space for the whole family to enjoy a game of cricket, soccer or touch footy.
