Guest access The accommodation is on the same property as our house but the studio is entirely dedicated to you and not shared during your rental as well as the terrace in front of it. Other things to note Depending on our availability, the exchange of keys is done by hand or available in a secure key box. No smoking allowed No pets are allowed. The accommodation must be left clean, garbage sorted and taken out before your departure. Otherwise, you will be asked for an extra 25 euros and any other damage will be reported and claimed through the platform. Noise pollution: the bar near the accommodation organizes musical evenings 1 to 2 times a month on Friday evenings, it may impact your tranquility (especially in summer when you want to leave the windows open) to take into account when you want to book.
