Le Studio Florent - Atypical studio

From our studio perched on the Lannion hills, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Brélévenez stairs. Located in a quiet part of the city, the city center will open as soon as you leave the apartment. From there you can stroll through the maze of streets or after about fifteen minutes by car discover the Pink Granite Coast. Perros-Guirec, Paimpol, the island of Bréhat... await you. The beds will be made upon arrival. All you have to do is put your bags down! The space We designed Studio Florent and wanted to make it a unique place to host and temporary exhibitions. The Studio is also built on the basis of a passive construction; very well insulated, it requires very little energy for heating needs. We decided to take extra care of the studio this year, 2022. Decorative and comfort work has been carried out so that you can make the most of your stay. You can therefore stay in peace, in an atypical place that can be adjusted according to the number of occupants, in optimal comfort linked to the wooden construction system and double flow ventilation. Guest access The accommodation is self-contained and you have access to all the rooms. We work next door and will remain available if needed.
