Our oldest structure at Stevenson Ridge dates back to 1732, this two-story home boasts a master suite with a queen bed, bathroom adorned with modern fixtures, two wood-burning fireplaces, living room, kitchenette and private patio overlooking the pond. Nestled between a heavy cluster of trees, the Spy Hill House is the ideal lodging for a quiet and secluded retreat. Maximum 2-person occupancy. Cottage is NOT pet-friendly. AMENITIES: Wood-burning fireplaces with complimentary firewood October through March. Heat and AC in all cottages. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster, unless mentioned otherwise under the cottage description. Complimentary regular and decaf coffee, tea selection, and accompaniments. Luxurious linens and plush bathrobes. Bath amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. Walking trails and original Civil War earthworks. Gated access. Summertime Fire Pit Rentals $40 Make the relaxing summer evenings even more pleasant with a fire pit rental: a private outdoor pit delivered to your cabin, a s’mores kit for two, 10 pieces of wood, 2 chairs, and fire-making fixings (newspaper, kindling, matches, and poker). $10 per additional guest.
