Relax at this quiet, village getaway. Designed on a single level, it features one bedroom with optional sofa bed and/or travel cot, a shower room, and a cosy living, kitchen, and dining space.The accommodation also has a small private outdoor patio and shared larger grassed area providing a choice of spaces to relax. Pet-friendly, the cottage is situated in Ufford, with two outstanding village pubs a short stroll away. The charming, historic market town of Woodbridge is only 10 minutes away. The space Immerse yourself in the warm and inviting atmosphere of our comfortable living area, with picturesque views of the garden. The well-equipped kitchen features modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, fan oven, hobs and Dulce Gusto coffee maker. Relax on the two-seater sofa or sink into the inviting armchair while indulging in your favourite shows on the 28" smart television. The double bedroom offers a snug retreat with its cosy double bed and opens up to a private outside terrace through double doors. We're happy to accept bookings with a child or extra adult guest. For small children I can provide a travel cot (with bedding and towels) and a highchair or a sofa bed for older children. Let me know when booking if you require these and I will set them up for you before your arrival. I can also put some child friendly dishes, cups and cutlery in the kitchen and install socket covers for safety. The sofa bed in the bedroom is a small single, 76cm wide by 191cm long. There is an additional charge of £5/night for use of the sofa bed. We welcome up to 3 well-behaved dogs and charge a flat free of £25 to pay for enhanced cleaning. Tune in to your preferred stations on the DAB radio, engage in some friendly competition with the provided games, or lose yourself in a good book from the lending library. Refresh yourself in the shower room, complete with a rejuvenating power shower. Enjoy the tranquillity of the village setting, where the central location ensures peaceful nights with barely a sound to disturb your slumber. Guest access Step outside onto the small private terrace, where you can bask in the warmth of the morning sun at a comfortable rattan table and chairs. A bicycle rack is provided to store 2 bikes securely. Guests have access to a shared grassed area. Feel free to take advantage of this space, complete with a table and chairs. It's an ideal setting to unwind, read a book, or simply soak up the afternoon sun on the provided sun loungers. Other things to note We do not charge for bringing an infant under the age of 2 but please let me know if you are bringing a little one even if you do not require the travel cot and highchair.
