On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a large room of 160 m2 with a sound area, a video projector, different mood effects: Lazer, and a fully equipped bar. A large central wood burning stove is available to heat the cottage , wood is provided free of charge. A secure 15x7m swimming pool, with diving board and balneo area. A large shaded petanque court. The beds are made. An outdoor barbecue is available on the ground floor. The upper terrace has a 6-seater HOT TUB. You get exceptional views, and facing south, of Mazamet and the Black Mountain. A large trampoline, slide, swing. For children who can't swim the pool has a paddling pool / balneo area . Guests of the cottage have access to the entire building, the spaces around the building, and the pool. Tables and chairs provided for sitting dining, cutlery for 30 people. Bar. Petanque court. We have a cleaning lady come in to make the cottage ready for use and clean it, in compliance with health measures. This costs €149, payable on-site. In July and August , we only rent by the week. We don't accept EVJG. Too many issues In addition, we noticed that little attention was paid to electricity consumption issues (lights left on all night, heating set to high, etc.), so for ecological and financial reasons, a meter reading for the cottage will be taken upon check-in and again upon check-out. The cost will therefore be borne by the guests and payable upon departure (approximately 20 euros per day in winter, 10 euros in summer). The pool, can rarely be used by my children, but priority is reserved for people occupying the cottage. The spa is not included in the rental price. The rate is €40 per day, and the water is changed for each guest. (keep me informed three days before about your choice , on-site rules) Security deposit: 2000 euros, check not cashed and returned upon your departure. Pool open from 8am to 24h.
