This 3 bedroom bayside condo is located in the heart of OC. You can walk to Fagers, Bad Monkey, Alley Opps, and Seacrets and many other places. If you enjoy paddle boarding or Kayaking you can access that as well. Sit back and enjoy bird watching from the deck. This condo offers many extras for the outdoor type of group as well. Off season I will be offering early check in and later check out times. Perfect for a longer weekend stay. Must be 25 or older with ABB reviews to rent. The space 3 bedrooms (Queen Beds) 2 Bathrooms. Master Bedroom with access to Master Bath with a Stand up shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Open kitchen design with Dining area and Living Room. We have Kitchen Island seats 2 and Dining Room seats (I have 3 additional folding chairs in closet. Full Size washer and dryer Dryer in Utility Room. Deck Hightop Table seats 2 and I have two additional teal folding chairs in beach box they are for deck use only. Any beach chairs , umbrella that are in the box please rinse off at hose and bring them into condo. HOA rules. Dark out curtains in each room. New mattress in Master and 2nd bedroom. Linens and towels are provided and included in cleaning fee. New 55”TV in LR all bedrooms have TVs. Lots of games located in 2nd bedroom. Two parking spots for our unit. Plenty of free parking on our street. Guest access Keyless entry system installed this year. Elevator is located from garage and you will get off and turn left 2nd condo at the end off catwalk. Other things to note Guests can use (3) beach chairs and 1 umbrella. Please put beach chairs back in the tub on balcony. If a chair or umbrella breaks or if you arrive to find a chair missing or broken please let me know. NEW THIS YEAR **Linens and towels for each guest this is provided and included in cleaning price. All dishes used to be washed and put away. And trash taken out to the dumpsters. We like a clean place! Kitchen has a new refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. New garage disposal.
