All you need is in couple of minutes to walk: to the supermarket, bars, pubs, restaurants, ice skating facility, Ski rent, and more. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 living room, a private bathroom, a smart TV, high speed, unlimited WiFi internet connection, and a balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and everything you might need. [Wood is not included] The space Location, location, and location. The space is in a quiet area, just 1-2 minutes walk from key points. The apartment is located next to Pirin and Nayden Gerov Str. puts you in a strategic location close to the gondola ski lift, ice skating area, old city, sports facilities, restaurants, pubs, bars, clubs etc. The space has a balcony, and kitchen (equipped with everything you might need). Guest access There is a well-maintained garden outside and a lift inside. Nearby hotels usually offer pool & SPA services for an affordable price. In the building are shared spaces, with some furniture like sofas, etc. which allows you to have a comfortable time even outside the apartment. The apartment has a balcony with a nice view of the mountains and the garden. Other things to note We added an expandable table set with chairs, iron and vacuum to the apartment. Please, be aware that the lift is operated by the key chip, which can be found in the apartment. The building has an elevator, you’ll need to walk up a small staircase with a couple of steps to use it. The floor buttons in the lift are a bit weird - the ground floor is 3, the backyard/garden entrance is 2 and our floor button in the lift is 6.
