My place is close to the beautiful and crystalline waters of the Adriatic (5min drive). The old city of Labin is a 10 min drive and offers great dining, beautiful views, and local artist shops. The Farmers market and other utilities are found in Labin too. You can drive to the art and culture centers of Rovinj & Pula (30-45min). Our place is ideal to go on day trips to the surrounding sites in Istria or for enjoying the beach. The house can accommodate families with kids or even two couples. The space The house is a very simple, traditional limestone farm house typical of the Mediterranean. It is believed to have been built more than 300 years ago. The house was renovated in the early 2000's. It's a three story house where each floor is a room. Starting at the bottom, the front porch leads to the main door. The kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and living area are tightly arranged. The staircase leads to the first bedroom. This bedroom has a nice window that offers slight views of the canal below, a queen bed and armoire to store your belongings. From there another staircase leads to the second bedroom. This one has a small window at floor level, and the pitched ceiling has a large operable skylight. Two single beds that can be joined if so requested, and a small sofa bed for a child. Guest access Guests can make use of the bathroom which includes a water closet (toilet), shower, and lavatory. It offers storage space for guests' toiletries. The kitchen has a small electric stove, refrigerator, and (clothes) washing machine. There is a line in the front yard where guests can dry their laundry and beach towels. The house is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Fresh bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels will be provided. Other things to note Note: The neighbors property is not to be visited/used. This includes the orchards (fruit trees) and swimming pool.
