Small house in a great location - beach and village

Typical townhouse (single-story) located in the small Breton town of DAMGAN 50 m from shops and 5 minute walk to the beach, quiet street. Very bright small house with 1 kitchen, nice small courtyard/terrace. ... not too much so you don't have to do too much cleaning! But enough to feel good. And if you like hiking or biking (2 bikes), fishing on foot - everything is planned in Damgan - a small typical resort in Southern Brittany. House on LBC And of course the big beach is nearby The space Small house with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom. Beach games, board games, 2 bicycles available and everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker... Linens are included and set up with tea towels and towels A travel cot is available. Listing also posted on LBC. Cleaning to be done by the guest on departure (cleaning kit provided) Terrace in a friendly courtyard not overlooked. There is a small table and chairs available for lunch, dinner or a drink! Guest access Depending on the period requested, check-in and check-out times are flexible out of season, we will specify this when booking. Other things to note Everything is within walking distance (shopping and walks), but if you want to explore the surroundings further, you can see the peninsula of Ruys, Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan, Rochefort en terre (most beautiful village in France 2016) about 1/2 hour away. No Wi-Fi but the connection is very good with our laptops/internet
