Bus runs along Wilshire Blvd to Downtown as well as Beverly Hills and beyond. A few minute drive to the Grove, Gardner Park, and Park La Brea. Street parking. The space It is bright, and cozy. It has just been newly painted, and the hardwood floors have just been refinished. King size bed. Guest access Entire Studio apartment. Laundry room in building. Parking permit. Other things to note 30 night minimum. A parking permit is given for use during your stay. The city does not replace lost parking permits. Therefore not returning the permit is a big problem for me as I have none for the next guest. For that reason if the permit is not returned you will be charged a $500 fee.
