Joining our northern package tour, you will get the chance to experience the most beautiful sites in the Northern Vietnam. Guest access Day 1 : Aiport pick up – Night train to Sapa (B-L) Arrive at Noi Bai international airport. Welcome by your local tour guide and driver. Transfer to our hotel to leave baggages, relax – Enjoy breakfast or welcome drink. After taking a rest, you are provided a city map with the direction to all the must see in Hanoi such as: Ho Chi Minh complex, Temple of litterature, Tran Quoc pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, old quarter...At night time, you get pick up to the train station for departure to Sapa on the night train. Overnight in an air-conditioned soft sleeper cabin (4 pax / cabin, wooden cabin). Day 2 : Lao Cai - Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van (B - L - D) Arrive at Lao Cai station at 6:00am. Pick up at Lao Cai Station then transfer to Sapa. Have breakfast then leave the hotel , start trekking downhill to Y Linh Ho and Muong Hoa Valley through rice paddies and small hamlets to learn the life of hill tribes here. Communication exchange with local people in Lao Chai village then continuing walking through villages and rice terraced fields to Ta Van village settled by Dzay ethnic. Have pinic lunch on the way then keep going to the bottom of Sapa valley which is supposed to be the most beautiful one in the area. Back to Sapa in the afternoon. Overnight at Hotel in Sapa or Home Stay. Day 3 : Sapa – Cat Cat – Ta Phin - Hanoi (B - L - D) Breakfast at hotel. Trek down to Cat Cat village of Black H`Mong tribe. Enjoy the waterfall in Cat Cat village and beautiful scenery along the way.Jeep back to Sapa. Check out the hotel. Have lunch at the local restaurant. Afternoon, take a car to Ta Phin village to visit the house of Red Dao people, walk around the village to explore the custom, daily life and weaving technique of the Red Dao people. Transfer to Lao Cai for overnight train back to Hanoi. Overnight in an air-conditioned soft sleeper cabin (4 pax / cabin, wooden cabin) Day 4 : Ha Noi - Ha long ( B- L - D ) Arrive in Hanoi around 5.00am. Pick up at the railway station. Transfer to our hotel for breakfast and fresh up then leave for Ha Long Bay through the Red River Delta. Hanoi – Halong Bay (L/D) 08h00 – 08h30 Pick-up at hotel and start the scenic, 3.5 hour drive to Halong Bay. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta country side and have a short break on the way. 12h00 – 12h30 Embark on Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing 13h00 – 15h30 Savor a delectable lunch as Cruises among the limestone islands… 15h30 – 16h30 Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Luon Cave area. 16h30 Back to the Cruise 16h30 – 17h30 Cruise to Soi Sim island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim or climp up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay 17h30 Return to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos as the sun starts to set 19h00 Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around Overnight on board. Day 5: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L) 06h30 – 07h00 Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt 07h30 – 08h30 Have breakfast at sunrise. 08h30 – 09h30 Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave – the nicest cave in Halong Bay. 09h30 Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin. 09h30 – 10h30 Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet and more… 10h30 – 11h30 While heading back to the habor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch. 12h00 Disembark Cruise 12h30 Transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi city center. 16h30 – 17h00 Trip finishes. - Check in Hotel – Free & Easy. Day 6: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc 1day (B-L) (Or you can choose option for Perfume Pagoda 1day) Often referred to as Inland Ha Long Bay, the area of Tam Coc and Hoa Lu is characterised by the limestone geology that gives rise to the towering karsts that make this picturesque area so unique. On this enjoyable day trip, the atmosphere is relaxed as you casually pedal and paddle your way past green rice fields, along waterways and through underground passages. ITINERARY: AM : 8.00 leave Hanoi by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Viet Nam and the famous ancient temples of Le and The Dinh Dynasties. Bus transfer or cycle for an hour on picturesque quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops to Tam Coc (12km) for lunch. PM : Boat trip to visit TamCoc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Dive back to Hanoi.
