Two story luxury apartment-city center-ocean view

Welcome to our brand new, environmentally friendly 2 story apartment in downtown Reykjavik. The apartment is 1100 sqft (102 sqm) and has an amazing ocean view. The house was built in 2020 and is made with an environmentally friendly material called CLT. Inside you will feel the comfortable underfloor heating in the whole apartment as well as the freshness of the ventilation/AC that is in every room. All electric appliances and heating are powered by 100% renewable electric and geothermal energy. The space On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a master with a large double bed and a small one with a Sebra Junior bed suitable for children aged 0 to 7 years and a cot suitable for children aged 0-3 years old. The living room downstairs has a sofa big enough for a child to sleep on, which also includes a big TV with Netflix, Hulu etc. The apartment has all the best appliances and is beautifully decorated, and very bright. On the second floor, the heart of the apartment, is a large living room with Samung the Frame tv/kitchen that has all you need for cooking a proper meal. Also on the second floor is a balcony with a breath-taking ocean and downtown Reykjavik view. If you are traveling with an infant or young children we can provide a padded baby play mat, a rocking chair with a 2- point strap, two Tripp Trapp chairs that are suitable for children up to 5 years old. Other things to note We have everything you need for children aged 0-5 years old, 2 baby beds, a lot of toys/books, kitchen utensils, childrens bath, bikes etc.
