"The Timber House" with mountain views

Black Valley Hostel is established since 1948 and has welcomed guests from all over the world. While we are remote in the mountains, we are within 40 minutes drive from Killarney, Kenmare and Killorglin. Our location is renowned for its beautiful scenery, nature and wildlife as we are situated between the Gap of Dunloe and Killarney National Park. The space Our "Timber House" at Black Valley Hostel is self-catering for 4 persons. It has its own kitchen and seating area with a sofa bed, the bedroom has a double bed and bunk bed and toilet and shower. There is a outside seating picnic bench. Other things to note We do ask all guests to respect other guests staying on the surrounding property and keep noise level to minimum *The Black Valley is accessible via The Gap of Dunloe ( this route is very busy between the hours of 10am and 5pm with walkers, cyclists, motor vehicles and pony and traps) . You can also access via Molls Gap by taking the N71 from Killarney. *There is very limited mobile phone coverage in the area. *The Village of Beaufort is 7miles where you will find the local shop and post office. *Larger super markets are 14 miles away (Killarney, Killorglin and Kenmare) so do stock up before you arrive.
