Cosy Cedar Cottage – one minute walk from the beautiful Coila Lake. Canoes and SUP are provided for your use on the lake where you can fish, bird watch, explore or just let the kids play in the safe protected waters. The beautiful beaches are a short drive or use the pushbikes also provided to follow the cycle/walking track to explore. This charming cottage has off road parking for several cars and a spacious garage with both front and rear access to the house. The space This cosy cottage is surprisingly spacious with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which with 4 good size bedrooms – Bedroom 1 is a loft above the living area with a Queen Bed and princess balcony that opens to views of the lake. A beautiful space with racked ceiling and roof of cedar panelling it is accessed by a spiral staircase. This space has its own TV. Bedroom 2 with a Queen Bed has access to the adjoining bathroom as well as door opening onto the rear verandah. Bedroom 3 has a Double bed with a single bunk above, located off the living area. Bedroom 4 has Single Bunks, ideal for the children with the adjoining utility room housing a second toilet for convenience. With a private covered front veranda ideal for a quiet morning cupper in the sun or an afternoon happy hour in the shade after a warm day. The stain glass entrance opens into a well-lit open plan kitchen and living area ideal for family time but well defined into living and dining spaces. Some board games are supplied as well as Magazines and information on things to do and places to eat and shop in the local area. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering in mind with a family sized fridge and pantry space. All cooking pots, pans and utensils are supplied as well as dining settings for 10 with cutlery, glasses and mugs. Dish liquid, dish scourers and tea towels are also provided. A large laundry Utility room complete with washer, dryer, ironing facilities also has a second toilet for family convenience. The cottage has a wood burner for those cosy winter getaways as well as a split system air conditioner for convenience. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire cottage, we just ask that you only use the beds you require to save on Linen.
