WE ONLY ALLOW FAMILIES. FROM JUNE 15TH TO SEPTEMBER 20TH. Toñanes is a nice and typical mountain village. Small, quiet, and very well connected. Located on the west of the Cantabria coastline. 3 km from Luaña beach, and 100m from a hiking trail that leads to the windmill and cliff of the Bolao. Between Santillana del Mar y Comillas, it is in a very active family tourism area. Next are the Neocueva de Altamira and the Soplao Cave. The space The house is large and has 4 porches: 2 glazed and 2 open. The 1,500 m2 garden consists of a large meadow with fruit trees, and beautiful to its right with the La Verde creek. The house has garden furniture, like a large table for outdoor dining. Ground floor: hall, office with extendable table, American bar with 4 stools, kitchen, pantry, room with sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower. First floor: Reception with closet of sheets and towels, 3 bedrooms and living room with small library in 3 languages and children's books, TV and DVD. Under deck: open floor for leisure. The closest store to the house is located 2 km away, in Cóbreces, where Luaña beach is also located. Guest access The whole house and the property are at our guests' disposal. The garden is private, large and far from curious looks (total privacy).
