The apartment has recently been renovated and is equipped with every luxury, including a private bathroom and a balcony. Centrally located with tram and metro, a 5-minute walk away and a 15-minute walk from the market hall, center and cube houses. The apartment is surrounded by various restaurants from bistro to ** restaurant. The fresh supermarket is across the street. The space The studio consists of a spacious living room with a beautiful leather design sofa, leather armchair, shutters and ecru curtains for an extra warm feeling. The spacious bed is halfway between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen with all necessary equipment is modern and functional and of course equipped with crockery, glasses, pans and cutlery. The spacious bathroom has a rain shower and double sinks with a beautiful toilet. The lighting is switched on via motion sensors. The towels and bathrobes are provided. The premises are equipped with CCTV. If any strangers enter, we will submit the footage to the police. The primary purpose is to protect the safety and rights of both the landlord and tenants. The CCTV cameras are typically only installed in public areas or entrance/exit areas. Guest access A spacious balcony with two teak chairs is available for the guests. Other things to note - There is a staircase. It's an old Dutch building with a typical,very narrow steep stairs,this apartment on the second floor. -No pets allowed. -Quiet Hours.
