To be more sustainable, the property has a self-consumption photovoltaic installation and an electric car charging point. In addition, the pool is treated with salt to avoid using chlorine and be more environmentally friendly. The main villa will be available for bookings of up to 4 guests. The other villas will open based on the number of additional guests. The Main House consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, and an office. Two bathrooms with showers, a toilet, kitchen, spacious living room. An impressive terrace with a large porch where you can enjoy the wonderful views of Tenerife's north coast, Mount Teide, and spectacular sunsets. The second house consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, living room (with sofa bed), dining room and kitchen. (maximum 6 guests) The third house consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. (maximum 4 guests) The second and third houses have spacious terraces with stunning views. The topographic difference of the land allows each of the houses to have privileged views over the gardens and the north coast of the island. In the gardens you can find tropical plants and fruit trees. The fourth house, studio type, is located in the highest part of the property. It consists of a double bed, a bathroom, and a kitchen-dining room. (Maximum 2 guests) Its spectacular views also allow us to enjoy unparalleled sunsets and the majestic Teide. With over 4,000 m2 of lush gardens, it has a heated pool, between November and April, measuring 15x4, an outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people, sauna and outdoor cold shower, and a pingpong table. In addition, it has a full bathroom with a changing area next to the pool. It has a wood-fired oven where you can prepare all kinds of tasty meals (meat, fish, pizzas, vegetables...) The property has high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven, a dishwasher, heating, and a fireplace in the main house. Up to 5 cars can be parked inside the property. The gardens are terraced and the pool is not fenced off. Therefore, we recommend taking this feature into account if families with children book. The property is serviced by a gardener and a maid. The gardener would come in the morning to arrange with guests during the week to water and clean the gardens. The cleaner may come up to three mornings a week to change bed linen, towels, and clean bathrooms and kitchens. Given the property's special characteristics, a private document will be signed detailing the house rules and guest responsibilities. Guest access The entire property will be at your disposal, except for service rooms and facilities.
