With its immediate proximity to Lake Rursee, the historic center of Einruhr and its pretty cafes and restaurants, you are spoiled for choice. And the very best views: of mountains, valleys, horses, idyllic Eifel houses and lots of greenery. The space The house, tastefully furnished with designer furniture, is perfectly maintained and of course also offers a TV, stereo system and more. Our house is located together with other villas in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac, close to numerous hiking trails along the lake shore including a swimming area. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. We also provide a crib and lots of children's toys for girls and boys. With its very transparent, but secluded architecture, a large panoramic terrace and its own garden, this house is simply a joy. Guest access Our house has a very spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling glazing on two sides, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a toilet on the open-plan ground floor as well as three separate bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub on the upper floor. There is also a covered outdoor area and a large terrace with table, chairs and a beautifully located garden for playing and relaxing. Other things to note Please kindly note: 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are independent and one bedroom is open plan. The open bedroom can be separated by folding screen if it is wished.
